Shabby Chic Mannequin

Shabby Chic Mannequin

Lets face it…..I love pink and I love white…..and if it’s going to have anything to do with my small area which I call my domain…..my sewing room, well sewing corner is more like it……it’s going to end up with something pink on it……just saying……..now with that said…..here we go….I just finished dressing up my small mannequin…….

This is how it looked before I got a hold of it …….actually…in this photo I had already painted over the grey paint on the stand and top ……...

3

I found this in my stash of paint…..so that’s what I used to lightly cover the grey……

After the paint had dried……I started adding lace……I just kept wrapping it around and around………attaching it with hot glue as I went……..I just love that glue gun….

6

Then I finished it off with a pearl beaded lace band around the waist and a lovely soft fabric flower….next I added pale pink velvet ribbon around the top with some more lace…..

She is going to be in charge of my pink measuring tape…….I’m always looking for it…..now I will know exactly where it is…….or should I say….where it should be…….

Don’t you just love it……

Would love to hear your comments…….

May the Lord bless you and keep you,

May the Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you:

May the Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you Peace.
