Fall in the Kitchen – A small touch goes a long way!

Kitchen in the fall

Hello everyone.  Wanted to share my kitchen fall decorations….I just have a few items out and about in my kitchen….but it’s enough to make me smile and think of pumpkin pie and cooler weather while I’m cooking….

The 2 pumpkins pictured above I made from ceramics 30 years ago…..really has it been that long…..yep at least 30 years……

I grouped them with my “Hello October” chalk board…….found it at Michael’s a few months back……

Only sign of fall on this side of the kitchen is my pumpkin plate……

8

I bought it from Home Goods last year about this time….I normally have a beautiful recipe book on this stand…..but I just love my pumpkin plate here instead……

5

on the other side of the kitchen…. where I call the coffee station…..I have another pumpkin on a silver tray where I keep my sugar and if you look closely you can see a couple of cute critters…..

6

My little chipmunk pilgrims….they are salt and pepper shakers from Hallmark…..I had foot surgery when my children were little….I had just came out of recovery and my 2 little ones showed up with their Dad proudly holding these in their tiny hands for me…..a get well gift…..There is no way I could ever get rid of these……

and finally here is my little pumpkin candle by the sink…..

and it does smell like pumpkin when you burn it……

Well that’s my kitchen tour…..hope you enjoyed it!!!

Blessings to you all!
